Moma's Crab Pie

This recipe is one of my favorites!  When we would go home to visit, Mom would always us a crab pie.  She caught her own crabs, cleaned them, boiled them and picked them.  There was only one problem when she got me to pick the meat from the crabs, I ate to much of the meat before it ever made it to the pie!  If you are not a seafood lover I don’t recommend this recipe, but if you are…this will be a wonderful dish!

God blessed me with an awesome Mom!  She had a big family, but never looked at caring for us as a chore, and she loved preparing meals.  Not many families eat together anymore, but I highly recommend this important time together be cherished and reveled in with those you love most!  Someone said once that, “Today we are standing in tomorrows that we talked about yesterday!”  My gracious… is that ever so true!
